Our pricing Policy - guided by affordable volunteering
We are often asked how we are able to provide affordable volunteering at prices so much cheaper than other volunteer providers. When taking all factors into account, and after ensuring that we maintain high standards of support for you and in-person management of the projects, the simple fact is that we choose to charge less.
We do this so that as many of you as possible may join us in these countries, contributing to the their development, supporting the work of our partners, and returning home with a world view and outlook positively impacted by what you have experienced and as an advocate for global cooperation. Our motto ‘Together we live, together we shape our world’ is what we stand by and our prices support our call to action.
Our affordable volunteering prices pay for your housing and accommodation whilst there, in some cases, airport pickup and local transport too. In all cases your fees enable us and our partners to provide you with 24/7 in-person management and support from the time you first contact us until you fly home having had an amazing time, employ local staff, and supporting the projects themselves, each of which is building positive strengths, skills, and sustainibility in people’s lives.
We do not do free volunteering for similar reasons to why we don’t do cheap volunteering, because if we did, we could not provide you with the professional support and management that we do, nor the commitment to you of the people that you volunteer or carry out an internship with.
These programs have been set up by us with the full engagement of local communities and at their request, or with partners who have contacted asked us and asked us to support them. Unlike the programme resellers, we knww the locsl people, and their projects, and have worked with them to design them for your participation and as full and as issue free an experience as possibel.
All projects are under officially recognised government entities (NGOs, community based organisations, hospitals, schools) and the fees you pay along with your presence and actions give much needed boosts and encouragement to them in supporting the good work that they do.
